Abstract: An apparatus and a method for treating swine waste having severe odor and a water content of at least 90% discharged from a pig farmhouse by using high pressure steam are provided, and a cogeneration system including high pressure steam drying, gasification and power generation by using the apparatus is provided to produce a compost and a solid fuel from swine waste treated using high pressure steam, and produce electric power by passing the solid fuel through gasification equipment. An apparatus for drying livestock waste or organic waste using high pressure steam comprises: an injection port(21) for supplying livestock waste including swine waste, or organic waste; a reactor(22) drying the livestock waste or organic waste with supplied high pressure steam while agitating the livestock waste including swine waste, or organic waste that has been supplied through the injection port by an agitator(221) axially connected to a rotary shaft(251); a double jacket(23) installed to cover an outer portion of the reactor so as to insulate thermally the reactor; a high pressure steam supply unit(24) that supplies high pressure steam for breaking cell walls of the livestock waste supplied into the reactor; a rotating unit(25) for rotating the agitator; a reactor rotating unit(26) for rotating the reactor; a discharge unit(27) penetratingly connected to a bottom part of the reactor through the double jacket to discharge treated livestock waste or organic waste; and a control box(28) for controlling the rotary speed and the steam supply amount of the reactor.

Abstract: A unified-high pressure steam reformer for removing tar and soot and a cogeneration system through biomass gasification process using the same are provided to popularize recycle energy by installing the cogeneration system including a dry process, a gasification process, and a generation process of biomass resource. A unified-high pressure steam reformer(2) for removing tar and soot comprises a gas supply part(21) formed on an upper part of a body of the reformer, a syngas pipe(22a) surrounding an exhaust gas pipe(25a), a syngas outlet(22b) connected to a lower part of the syngas pipe, a metal fiber bunner(24), an exhaust gas discharge part(25b), a steam generator(26) for reforming syngas provided from the syngas supply part, a steam header(27) connected to the steam generator and a steam supply nozzle(28) connected to the steam header. The exhaust gas discharge part communicates with the exhaust gas pipe.
