Abstract: 본발명은연속식하이브리드탄소섬유제조방법에관한것으로, 더상세하게는탄소섬유생산공정에서에너지소모가가장큰 탄화흑연화과정에마이크로파가열과마이크로파플라즈마가열방법을도입하여하이브리드가열이이루어지도록하고, 상기하이브리드가열이이루어지는열분해챔버를다수직렬연결하고전구체섬유를연속적으로공급하여전구체섬유가이동하면서열처리되어최종적으로탄화및 흑연화가완료된탄소섬유를연속적제조하는등 열처리과정에서의열효율을증대시키고생산시간및 비용을절감할수 있는탄소섬유제조방법에관한것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for continuously fabricating hybrid carbon fiber is provided to enhance thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for continuously fabricating hybrid carbon fiber comprises: a step of directly connecting an area heating chamber and volume heating chamber and preheating; a step of continuously supplying precursor fiber to the area heating chamber; a step of passing the precursor fiber through the area heating chamber; a step of passing the fiber with enhanced dielectric loss tangent through the area heating chamber; a step of directly heating the inner area by microwave for carbonization or graphitization; and a step of rolling the carbon fiber.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating hybrid carbon fiber is provided to enhance thermal efficiency and to save production time. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating hybrid carbon fiber comprises: a step of sequentially or simultaneously performing external heating and microwave plasma heating; a step of carbonizing precursor fiber through pyrolysis; and a step of increasing microwave absorption and dielectric loss tangent; and a step of directly heating the inner body area by microwave heat. The precursor fiber is an organic fiber containing rayon, pitch, polyacrylonitrile, and cellulose. The microwave is 0.1 KHz-350 GHz of frequency.
