    Abstract: 본발명은원통형의연료극을지지체로하여그 외주면에전해질과공기극이코팅에의해적층된연료극지지체식원통형고체산화물연료전지에관한것이다. 본발명의연료극지지체식원통형고체산화물연료전지제조과정은, 30 ∼ 50vol% Ni가함유된이트리아안정화지르코니아(YO-stabilized ZrO, 이하 'YSZ'라함)분말에기공형성제로탄소를 20 ∼ 50vol% 첨가하여연료극슬러리를얻는단계와, 상기연료극슬러리를압출에의해연료극지지체관으로성형하는단계와, 연료극지지체관을 1250 ∼ 1350℃의온도범위에서가소결하는단계와, YSZ등으로전해질슬러리를만들어슬러리코팅법으로연료극지지체관위에코팅하는공정과, 전해질이코팅된연료극지지체관을 1400 ∼ 1500℃에서소성하는단계와, (La,Sr)MnO분말로공기극슬러리를만들어이를상기전해질위에슬러리코팅법으로코팅하는단계및 코팅된공기극을 1150 ∼ 1250℃에서소성하는공정으로이루어진다. 본발명은금속(Ni)과세라믹(YSZ)으로이루어진서멧을연료극을지지체로하여이에전해질층이저가의슬러리코팅법에의해코팅되고, 그위에다시공기극이코팅된구조로서, 고온의동작온도에서연료극의금속성분(Ni)이세라믹내부에서금속망형태로연결된구조로되어연료극의지지강도를향상시킴과아울러연료극이다공성조직으로구성되어연료가스의투과가충분히이루어지도록함으로써원통형고체산화물연료전지의성능저하를초래함이없이전지제조비용의절감을도모할수 있는효과가있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cylindrical anode supporting solid oxide fuel cell and its preparation method are provided which reduce the manufacturing cost of the cell without deteriorating the performance of the solid oxide fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: The cylindrical solid oxide fuel cell(1) comprises: (i) a porous cylindrical anode supporting pipe(2) consisting of Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2 containing 30-50 vol.% of Ni; (ii) an electrolytic layer(3) which is coated on the anode supporting pipe by a slurry coating method; and (iii) a cathode(4) which is formed by coating the electrolytic layer with slurry of (La, Sr) MnO powder. The method comprises steps of: (i) adding carbon as a pore forming agent to the Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2 containing 30-50 vol.% of Ni to obtain an anode slurry; (ii) molding the anode slurry into an anode supporting pipe by an extruding method; (iii) pre sintering the fuel pole supporting pipe; (iv) coating the fuel pole supporting pipe with an electrolytic slurry prepared from the Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2 containing 30-50 vol.% of Ni; (v) sintering the electrolyte coated anode supporting pipe; (vi) coating the electrolytic layer with a cathode slurry prepared from the (La, Sr) MnO powder; and (vii) sintering the coated cathod.
