An electron beam generating device is provided to easily adjust the energy of an electron beam and easily adjust the electron beam energy of a dual-energy accelerator. The electron beam generating device comprises an electron beam generating part generating an electron beam by using CNT yarn as an electron beam emission source, and a high frequency generating part generating an acceleration tube in which the electron beam is accelerated and a high frequency and applying the high frequency to the electron beam generating part and the acceleration tube, but the frequency has different power. 복수 에너지를 이용한 전자가속기, 이를 화물검사 장치 및 그 제어방법이 제시된다. 전자빔을 이용하여 이중에너지를 통한 검사를 수행하는 화물검사 장치에 사용되는 전자가속기는 전원부, 클락을 발생시키는 동기화 신호발생기, 상기 클락에 의해 RF 신호를 발생하며, 상기 전원부를 제어하는 RF 발생부, 상기 전원부의 입력정보에 따라 전자를 생성하는 전자 생성부, 및 상기 전자가 이동하는 통로를 제공하는 챔버를 포함하며, 상기 RF 발생부는 동일한 상기 클락 안에서 제1 레벨의 RF 신호와 상기 제1 레벨보다 낮은 크기의 제2레벨의 RF 신호에 의해 발생한 각각의 전자빔이 발진하도록 구성된다. 이에 따라, 한번의 에너지 조사로 검색 및 검사의 정확성이 유지될 수 있으며, 검색시간이 단축되는 등 검색/검사의 효율을 향상시킬 수 있어서 이중에너지를 이용하여 그 장점을 극대화할 수 있고, 별도의 장치를 부가함 없이 제어기법을 동원하여 정밀도 및 신속 검사가 가능하게 되어, 생산에 대한 원가 상승에 대한 부담없이도 검색및 검사의 처리량 및 검사 품질을 획기적으로 향상시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an automatic frequency control module which is capable of minimizing a reflective wave of an RF power transferred to an electron accelerator by controlling an RF frequency output from an RF generator according to a resonance frequency which is changed according to external environment when the high-frequency electron accelerator is driven, and a control method thereof. An automatic frequency control module according to the present invention includes: a first band-pass filter for receiving a forward signal of an RF power supplied from an RF generator to an electron accelerator to pass frequencies within a certain range; a second band-pass filter for receiving a reverse signal reflected by the electron accelerator to pass frequencies within a certain range; a phase shifting part for compensating a phase difference of the signal passing through the first band-pass filter; a phase detecting part for measuring phases of each signal passing through the phase shifting part and the second band-pass filter; a frequency detecting part for measuring a frequency difference between two signals passing through the phase shifting part and the second band-pass filter; and a control part for selecting up or down of a resonance frequency by binarizing the values measured by the first phase detecting part, a second phase detecting part and the frequency detecting part through an algorithm, and for compensating the resonance frequency of the RF power output from the RF generator based on the selection.

The present invention relates to a multi-joint radiotherapy apparatus using a flexible and rotation connection waveguide. More particularly, the present invention includes a beam irradiation head unit (10); a linear acceleration means (20) that is provided in the beam irradiation head unit (10); a robot arm (30) that is connected to the beam irradiation head unit (10) and is configured to have multiple joints; a waveguide (40) that is built into the robot arm (30) and is connected to the linear acceleration means (20); and an electromagnetic wave generator (50) that is arranged below the robot arm (30) and generates electromagnetic waves so as to spread electromagnetic wave to the linear acceleration means (20) through the waveguide (40). According to the present invention, the electromagnetic wave generator is separated from the beam irradiation head unit to reduce the weight of the beam irradiation head unit and a load that is applied to the multi-joint robot arm for supporting the beam irradiation head unit is reduced so that precise operation control is available.

A microbeam device for radiating an individual cell and a method for radiating an individual cell using the same are provided to selectively radiate a radiation ray as a cell unit with a low energy transmission power. A microbeam device for radiating an individual cell includes a beam generating part(102), a beam transport box(302), a microbeam generating part(402) and a cell radiation frame(516). The beam generating part generates beams. The beam transport box is connected to the beam generating part at its one surface, and transmits the beam generated from the beam generating part, and has a vacuum window formed at the other surface. The microbeam generating part is disposed at the other surface of the beam transport box, and generates microbeam from the beam. The cell radiation frame includes a cell vessel and a cell vessel mounting part disposed on the microbeam generating part opposite to the beam transport box.
