Abstract: A threshold voltage generator for a single photon counting type digital X-ray image sensor is provided to set a threshold voltage generator in a pixel for a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) readout chip to omit an operation of confirming a common voltage of a pre-amplifier and reduce channel length modulation effect. A threshold voltage generator for a single photon counting type digital X-ray image sensor includes a bias voltage generating unit(40) and a threshold voltage generating unit(50). The bias voltage generating unit receives a power supply voltage, generates a reference voltage, and generates a bias voltage according to the reference voltage. The threshold voltage generating unit generates a threshold voltage by using a resistor and a current source connected to an output terminal of the bias voltage generating unit.
