Abstract: PURPOSE: A distribution automation design method and system are provided to automatically perform section division optimized to the load information on a distribution line and the number information on a customer. CONSTITUTION: A distribution automation design system comprises a new distribution information system (NDIS) (110), a distribution automation system (DAS) (120), and a distribution automation design server (130). The NDIS provides section information on a distribution line selected by a user. The DAS provides single line diagram information on a distribution system.
