Abstract: The method is for estimating original vector from severely distorted input vector utilizing synthetic discriminant function (SDF). The method comprises: (A) designing SDF filter corresponding to pattern groups; (B) obtaining the inner product of the SDF filter and distorted input vector with weight; (C) applying nonlinear function to the inner product vectors to separate the inner product values; (D) multiplying the vector by weight; (E) overlapping the patterns; and (E) taking signal function on the result of step (D) and returning to the step (B) until the original vector can be easily estimated.

Abstract translation: 该方法用于使用合成判别函数（SDF）从严重失真的输入向量估计原始向量。 该方法包括：（A）设计与模式组对应的SDF滤波器; （B）获得SDF滤波器的内积和具有重量的失真输入向量; （C）对内积乘方向应用非线性函数分离内积值; （D）乘以该重量的矢量; （E）与图案重叠; 和（E）对步骤（D）的结果采取信号功能并返回到步骤（B），直到可以容易地估计原始矢量。
