Abstract:
Disclosed are a system and a method for performing distributed simulation, in performing the distributed simulation for subsystem models modelling subsystems constituting a hybrid system like a cyber physical system (CPS) with all the characteristics of physical elements and calculational elements by using a plurality of distributed simulators, providing real time based synchronized global simulation time for the distributed simulators, and letting the distributed simulators adjust local simulation time according to the synchronized global simulation time to perform the simulation for the subsystem model assigned to themselves.

PURPOSE: A simulation apparatus for verifying a hybrid system and a method thereof are provided to simulate a system model in order to secure the reliability of the system, thereby easily verifying whether the designed hybrid system is configured according to the intention of a developer. CONSTITUTION: A system model input unit (100) receives sub system models in which sub systems configuring a hybrid system are modeled. A model information storage unit (200) stores the sub system models and operation information about the sub system models. A simulation unit (300) performs simulation for the sub system models based on the operation information about the sub system models. A result display unit (400) displays the simulation result of the sub system models. The simulation unit includes a simulation speed setting unit for setting a simulation speed for the sub system models by analyzing the real time feature of the sub system models. PURPOSE: A device for dynamically updating a program by considering WCET(Worst Case Execution Time) and a method thereof are provided to perform dynamic update without termination and restart the process for an update target program by considering the WCET of a dynamic update program in static and dynamic sides. CONSTITUTION: A static WCET predicting unit(105) analyzes an execution path of a source code of a dynamic update program and models hardware executing the dynamic update program to predict the WCET of the dynamic update program. A dynamic WCET predicting unit(106) monitors a resource attribute value of a system executing the dynamic update program to predict the WCET of the dynamic update program. PURPOSE: A method and a device for testing the stability of operating devices comprised in a transferring member are provided to test the stability of operating of devices comprised in a transferring member of low costs by using variables generating various driving situations. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing the stability of operating devices comprised in a transferring member comprises a user interface(110), a simulation situation generating unit(120), and a simulation performing unit(160). Simulation variables for testing the stability are generated based on input driving circumstance information. A simulation is preformed based on the simulation variables and variables in which the simulation variables are undated and a result value of the simulation is provided. The driving circumstance information is one or more information among driver information, driving condition information, and vehicle information.

PURPOSE: A system for controlling the monitoring node of wireless sensor network and a method for the same are provided to expand the entire life expectancy of the wireless sensor network by improving energy efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A base station node(110) is in connection with the terminal(20) of a user through external network. The base station node provides generated event information to the terminal of the user. Detecting nodes(131) detects the event information and transmits setup packets containing the event information. At least one transmission nodes(135) transmit the setup packets to the base state node. The base station node sets the number of the detecting nodes based on measured energy, the number of hops, or the number of damaged nodes on a transmission path composed of the transmission nodes.

PURPOSE: A DDS structure and a node for configuring the same are provided to simplify a discovery function of an RTPS by implementing a message reception function through a socket of a kernel. CONSTITUTION: A kernel module includes a first RTPS(Real-Time Publish-Subscribe)layer. A DDS(Data Distribution Service) application(501) is composed of a DCPS(Data-Centric Publish-Subscribe) layer(402) and a second RTPS layer. The second RTPS includes an RTPS socket which connects first and second RTPS layers and receives first RTPS layer in a socket type.

PURPOSE: A CPS simulator for reliable CPS development, and a CPS simulation system and method using the same are provided to improve the completeness of a CPS model by offering the CPS simulator and the simulation technique. CONSTITUTION: A domain model generation module(210) creates a CPS(Cyber Physical Systems) model about a CPS node. An auto software generation module(220) creates software reflecting hardware information in the CPS model. A software verification module(230) verifies the reliability of the software. A CPS topology configuration module(240) constitutes a CPS network. A code mount module(250) mounts the software about the CPS model to the CPS node. An HW/SW integrated simulation module(260) simulates the software.

Disclosed are an adaptive multimedia system for providing multimedia contents and a codec to a user terminal, and a method thereof. The adaptive multimedia system includes: a media server controller that receives profile information from an open codec player of the user terminal, and when a codec for decoding the multimedia contents does not exist in the user terminal, transmits a control message to allow the multimedia contents and the decoding codec to be transmitted together; and at least one transmission frame generator that encodes the multimedia contents through a transcoder and an encoding module according to the control message transmitted from the media server controller, generates a transmission frame including the encoded multimedia contents and the decoding codec, and transmits the generated transmission frame to the open codec player.
Abstract:
A handover method between dualized network based on power consumption and an apparatus thereof are provided to generate candidate network list by calculating prospect power consumption calculated by network and traffic class and to prevent unnecessary hand over. A network list capable of handover based on power consumption of the mobile terminal prospected about traffic class and each network among dualized network is made(S120). A handover network is selected based on the user preference and the traffic class in network on the list(S130). The minimum usage time of the terminal is predicted by the remainder of a battery about prospect power consumption calculated based on the interface capacity of network and traffic class of the mobile terminal.
