Abstract:
PURPOSE: An inverter, an NAND gate, and an NOR gate are provided to provide a digital logic gate driven in low consumption power equal to power in a CMOS(Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor) circuit by controlling the flow of a current according to an input and output signal. CONSTITUTION: An inverter comprises a pull-up part(210), a pull down part(220), and a pull up drive part(230). The pull-up part is composed of a second TFT(Thin Film Transistor) outputting a first power supply voltage to an output terminal according to a voltage applied to a gate. The pull down part is composed of a fifth TFT outputting a ground voltage to the output terminal according to the input signal voltage applied to the gate. The pull up drive part applies a second power supply voltage or the ground voltage to the gage in a second TFT according to the input signal.

PURPOSE: A method for processing a translation of a portable global title for a movable number is provided to control a returning of a message and default global title translation(GTT), which is processed in a signaling-connection-control part (SCCP), by a number portability(NP) of GTT, by mandating the SCCP-GTT for controlling a routing of a message related a non-linear, on the NP-GTT, and to perform the portable number GTT requested additionally, caused by supplying the NP. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing translation of a portable global title for a movable number contains processes. The first process is to change a state to a corresponded signal point code(SPC) of a signaling transfer point(STP) table, if receiving information changed a state of a remote number portability-global title translation(NP-GTT) sub system. The second process is to deliver a N-STATE req primitive to a signaling-connection-control part(SCCP), for informing of a related remote sub system, if changing a local NP-GTT domestic use state, caused by a non-domestic use of a GTT database of the system, to store all information included an original subsystem number(SSN) if receiving a N-UNITDATA primitive, to perform searching and selecting a portable number table with a total digit of a given called global title, and to decide whether the searched global title(GT) is existed in the table. The third process is to decide a class of a translated SPC-type, if the global title is existed in the table, to determine a calling party address and a called party address, to compose a related parameter, and to deliver the composed parameter to the SCCP. The fourth process is to decide whether the global title is existed in a non-portable number table, after searching the table, if the global title is not existed in the portable number table. The fifth process is to perform the second process again if the global title is existed, to determine a CdPA and CgPA respectively if not, to compose a related parameter, and to deliver the composed parameter to the SCCP.

PURPOSE: A method of global title translation for providing number portability in an intelligent network system is provided so that an exact routing of the Non-circuit Related Message can be guaranteed by efficiently dividing the data and function relating to the global title translation. CONSTITUTION: A method of global title translation for providing number portability in an intelligent network system includes several steps. A first step is to discriminate the kind of events. In the first step, if a request for receiving a message from a message transfer part (MTP) to an SCCP Routing Control (SCRC) exists, a second step is to translate a global title and transmit the translated message to other function parts (502). In the first step, if a request for receiving a message from an SCCP Connectionless Control (SCLC) to an SCCP Routing Control (SCRC) exists, a third step is to translate a global title and transmit the translated message to other function parts (515). In the first step, if a request for receiving the message from an SCCP Connectionless Control (SCLC) exists, a fourth step is to allocate a Signaling Link Selection (SLS) code and transmit the unit data message (UDT) to the SCCP Routing Control (SCRC) (518). In the first step, if a request for receiving the message from the SCCP Routing Control (SCRC) to the SCCP Connectionless Control (SCLC) exists, a fifth step is to classify the message as its kinds and transmit the message to the corresponding functions.
