Abstract: A method for providing a user with an optimal service using personal information of the user comprises the steps of: decentralizing and setting up personal information of a user which is included in a user description (UD); extracting the personal information of the user from the user description; receiving a service request of the user and the extracted personal information of the user; selecting service information from a service description (SD) including the service information which is supported for the user on the basis of the personal information of the user in response to the service request of the user; and providing the user with a service corresponding to the service information.

Abstract translation: 一种使用用户的个人信息为用户提供最佳服务的方法，包括以下步骤：分散和建立包含在用户描述（UD）中的用户的个人信息; 从用户描述中提取用户的个人信息; 接收用户的服务请求和所提取的用户的个人信息; 根据用户的服务请求，根据用户的个人信息从服务描述（SD）中选择服务信息（包括用户支持的服务信息）; 以及向用户提供与服务信息相对应的服务。
