Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling access data view is provided to control user's authority to access data by making out the data view, and by enabling the data view to control that the user refers, inputs, corrects and deletes data from a data storage table of a database. CONSTITUTION: A detailed structure of a database is defined(300). A data reference program is made out. The data reference program is stored in a data reference program information table. After that, a data view is made out(302). An authority to approach each data table of the database is set up by users(304). A level of the authority to approach of the data view is set up(306). An output factor of the data view is defined. The data view is generated on a screen(308). The screen is controlled according to an authority to approach of the data view output factor and the data view(310).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A work flow system connection method is provided to connect the work flow system to a plurality of business software, operated independently, according to a defined interface so that it can reduce a cost in performing a company work flow, and enhance a work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of notifying an execution of the business software by executing a work flow instance process method of a work flow client interface in the business software while a work flow engine executing a business software(401), the business software executing a relevant data reference method in a work flow server interface, and initializing a business by using the transmitted relevant data(402), the business software performing specific works by using the second business database, calling relevant data storage method in the work flow engine, and transmitting the relevant data to the work flow engine(403,404), the work flow engine recording the transmitted relevant data to the first business database(405), and the software notifying a completion of a unit work by calling the work data process method in the work flow engine(406).
