Abstract: PURPOSE: An issuing stamps service providing method, a post stamp integrity check method and a system for implementing the same for supplying an internet postage issuing service and minimizing complexity are provided to increase the convenience of a user by performing the charge payment. CONSTITUTION: An image area extracting module(103) selects one of images. An information calculating module(104) generates a first information field based on a postal matter information inputted from the user system. The information system acid module generates first verification data on data of the first information field. A postage generating module(105) generates the stamp image through the image calculation.
