CONSTITUTION: A jitter buffer(201) arranges and stores data including a count number. A re-arranging unit(203) re-arranges the data according to the order of the count number. The re-arranging unit stores the re-arranged data in a data buffer. The re-arranging unit comprises a re-arrangement number composing unit(205) and a number sorting unit(207). The number sorting unit re-arranges the count number and the re-arranged number based on the count number.
