Abstract: PURPOSE: A photovoltaic device is provided to maximize the efficiency of a photo voltaic device by minimizing the recombination of an electron-a hole which is generated with condensed light. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectric conversion layer(125) includes a P-type semiconductor layer and an N-type semiconductor layer A front electrode exposes a part of the photoelectric conversion layer. A condensing lens(150) covers the photoelectric conversion layer which the front electrode exposes. A protective layer(160) covers condensing lenses. The photoelectric conversion layer includes the first area exposing with the front electrode and the second area covered with the front electrode.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An earphone for blind people is provided to support the sight of the blind people by including two and more speakers which output a sound of different size according to the pointing direction of a guide sound. CONSTITUTION: An earphone for blind people is divided into a head part(110) and a body part(120). A sound hole(112) is formed in the head part and the body part. The body part comprises a circuit part(122) and 4 speakers. The sound hole transfers a nature sound from outside to the ear of a user. The circuit part amplifies an electric signal which is received from a voice guiding system. The circuit part controls the level of a sound which is outputted through the 4 speakers. The circuit part outputs the electric signal to a sound of different size according to the pointing direction of a guide sound through the 4 speakers.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An image sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce an energy loss by transmitting light focused on a top micro lens from a bottom micro lens to a photoelectric conversion device. CONSTITUTION: An optical waveguide layer(50) is formed on a photoelectric conversion device(20). A top micro lens(80) is exposed on the optical waveguide layer and includes a convex lens. A bottom micro lens(60) is arranged between the top micro lens and the optical waveguide layer. The lower micro lens corrects a spherical aberration and color aberration on the photoelectric conversion device.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic wiper control device for a vehicle and a method thereof are provided to allow for better viewing of a driver without separate operation of a wiper controller. CONSTITUTION: An automatic wiper control device for a vehicle comprises a light emitting unit(10), a light-receiving unit(20), and a control unit(30). The light emitting unit outputs one or more optical signals to the front side of the glass of the vehicle. The light-receiving unit receives optical signals outputted from the light emitting unit. The wiper drive of the vehicles is controlled based on the light receiving efficiency about the received signal from the light-receiving unit. The control unit controls the drive of the vehicle wiper. The control unit comprises an operation unit(35) and a determining unit(37). The operation unit calculates reflectivity and refractivity of the optical signals on the front glass. The determining unit checks materials on the front glass of the vehicle.
