Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for inserting/extracting video watermark and a method of the same are provided to insert or extract a stable and highly invisible video watermark by dividing an image into an arbitrary format in a spatial region. CONSTITUTION: A watermark generator(14) generates a watermark of binary value by using a random number generator according to a user key value. A region dividing unit(11) divides an input image into which the watermark inserts into a region of identical specificity. A descending series arranging unit(12) arranges the divided region in descending series by size. A position selecting unit(13) selects randomly a pixel position into which the watermark inserts in the region according to a user key. A watermark inserting unit(15) shifts the pixel value selected in the spatial region to insert the watermark, and outputs the watermarked image.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A system for detecting a face area based on eyes blink information in a video sequence and a method thereof are respectively provided to detect face data from a video sequence by using an eyes blink information. CONSTITUTION: The system for detecting a face area based on eyes blink information in a video sequence includes a skin color detector(110), the first isolated area detector(120), an isolated area tracking part(130), the second isolated area detector(140), and a face area tracking part(150). The first isolated area detector(120) detects no-skin color parts from skin color areas detected by the skin color detector(110) by labeling no-skin color areas. The second isolated area detector(140) detects isolated areas from continuous video frames by using the tracking result of the isolated area tracking part(130).
