Abstract: 본 발명은 통합방문자위치등록기(IVLR)를 이용한 이동 단말기의 위치관리방법 및 이동전화시스템에 관한 것으로, 이동 단말기의 위치 이동이 빈번한 지역에 있어, 하나 이상의 등록지역으로 구성된 통합등록지역내에 존재하는 이동 단말기를 관리하기 위한 통합방문자위치등록기를 구비시켜, 이동 단말기의 빈번한 위치 이동에 따른 홈위치등록기(HLR)의 데이타베이스 트래픽과 방문자위치등록기(VLR)와 홈위치등록기 사이의 메시지 전송에 의한 네트워크 트래픽을 감소시키도록 하였다.
이를 위해 본 발명에서는 이동 단말기의 위치를 관리하기 위해 자신의 등록지역내에 위치하는 이동 단말기의 엔트리를 관리하는 방문자위치등록기와, 상기 방문자위치등록기에 연결되어, 상기 방문자위치등록기를 억세스하고, 기지국에 연결되어 이동 단말기의 호 처리를 수행하는 이동 교환국과, 홈위치등록기를 구비한 이동전화시스템에 있어서, 상기 홈위치등록기와 상기 이동 교환국에 연결되어, 상기 방문자위치등록기가 관리하는 등록지역들을 그룹화한 통합등록지역내에 위치하는 이동 단말기들의 엔트리를 관리하기 위한 통합방문자위치등록기를 더 구비시켜, 상기 통합방문자위치등록기가 통합등록지역에서는 홈위치등록기로서의 역할을 수행하도록 하였다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for restoring a resource object in a distributed object system is provided to automatically restore a resource object by using a transaction log, which refers the resource object and stores an object identifier. CONSTITUTION: A restart module of a transaction server is started(200). A log record stored in a log file is read(202). It is judged whether the sort of the log record is an approved record(204). In case that the sort is the approved record, next log record is read(206). It is judged whether the log record read is an end of the log file(208). In case that the log record isn't an end of the log file, it is judged whether object identifiers of the log records are corresponded(210). In case that the log record is the end of the log file, it is judged whether the number of resources of a restorable server is "0"(212). In case that the number is "0", the number of resource is reduced as much as "1". Therefore, a resource object is restored(214).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种用于恢复分布式对象系统中的资源对象的方法，以通过使用事务日志来自动恢复资源对象，该事务日志引用资源对象并存储对象标识符。 构成：事务服务器的重新启动模块启动（200）。 读取存储在日志文件中的日志记录（202）。 判断日志记录的种类是否为批准记录（204）。 如果排序是批准的记录，则读取下一个日志记录（206）。 判断读取的日志记录是否是日志文件的结尾（208）。 如果日志记录不是日志文件的结尾，则判断日志记录的对象标识符是否对应（210）。 如果日志记录是日志文件的结尾，则判断可恢复服务器的资源数量是否为“0”（212）。 在数字为“0”的情况下，资源数减少到“1”。 因此，恢复资源对象（214）。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for managing a location of a mobile terminal using an integrated visitor location register(IVLR) and mobile telephone system are provided to reduce the database traffics of a home location register(HLR) and network traffics by message transmissions between a visitor location register(VLR) and the HLR by preparing the IVLR for managing mobile terminals in an integrated registration area. CONSTITUTION: A base station(BS) performs a wireless communication with a mobile terminal(MT). A mobile switching center(MSC) corresponds to a mobile telephone exchange. The VLR registers the terminal moved from a home registration area to another registration area. The IVLR serves as the HLR in the integrated registration areas(IRA10),(IRA20) comprised of several registration areas(RA11),(RA12),(RA21), (RA22). The HLR, IVLR and MSC are connected to each other via a public switched telephone network(PSTN). The BS is connected directly to the MSC, and communicates with the mobile terminals registered in its cell area. The MSC includes the IVLR and services for the mobile terminals in the registered area. A call set and location registration are performed by the HLR, VLR and IVLR close to the VLR.
