Abstract: PURPOSE: A detection method of moving picture scene shift is provided to execute more simple calculation and assure precise and reliability by combining the advantages of a color histogram and an X square scene shift detection method among algorithm calculating the prior histogram difference. CONSTITUTION: A detection method of moving picture scene shift comprises steps of: obtaining respective histogram of RGB from first to final picture files(S201-204); calculating the difference between adjacent tow pictures(S205); selecting the difference as a cut frame in S206 if the difference is greater than predetermined value, or going back to S202 via S207 if the difference is equal to or less than the predetermined value; and repeating the following steps.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供运动图像场景偏移的检测方法，通过在计算现有直方图差异的算法中结合颜色直方图和X平方场景偏移检测方法的优点，实现更简单的计算，并确保精确和可靠。 构成：运动图像场景偏移的检测方法包括以下步骤：从第一到最终图像文件获得RGB的各个直方图（S201-204）; 计算相邻丝束图像之间的差异（S205）; 如果差大于预定值，则在S206中选择该差作为切割帧，或者如果该差值等于或小于预定值则经由S207返回到S202; 并重复以下步骤。

Abstract: 본 발명은 동영상에서 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위하여, 기존의 히스토그램(Histogram) 차이값을 계산하는 알고리즘 중에서 컬러 히스토그램과 X
2 장면 변환 검출 방법의 장점을 복합하여 변형한 새로운 동영상 장면 변환 검출 방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에서는 연속되는 동영상 프레임들간의 변환된 동영상을 검출하는 동영상 장면 변환 검출 방법에 있어서, 이전 동영상 내지 다음 동영상의 각각의 R(Red)히스토그램, G(Green) 히스토그램 및 B(Blue)히스토그램을 구하는 제 1 단계와 ; 상기 R 히스토그램 내지 B 히스토그램을 이용하여 이전 동영상과 연속되는 다음 도영상의 히스토그램 차이값을 각각 구하는 제 2 단계 ; 상기 히스토그램 차이값을 운용자가 정한 소정값과 비교함으로서, 상기 연속되는 동영상 프레임들간의 변환된 장면을 검출하는 제 3 단계를 포함한다.
이로 인해, 보다 간단한 계산을 통한 동영상간의 변환된 장면을 검출할 수 있다.
