Abstract: Disclosed are a smart card service method and a device executing the same. The smart card service method includes the steps of receiving a certificate generation request from a terminal; transmitting the certificate generation request to an authentication processing unit; and storing credential information of the certificate generated in a virtual machine related to the terminal to correspond to a certificate generation success message provided from the authentication processing unit. Accordingly, the invention reduces manufacturing costs of smart card hardware while supporting the smart card service in a more secure environment. Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic load distribution system and method thereof are provided to minimize resource wastes by hierarchically managing services and resources in a mass cluster computing system.
