분산 가상 스위치를 이용한 네트워크 구현 방법, 이를 수행하는 네트워크 장치 및 분산 가상 스위치 기반 네트워크 시스템이 개시된다. 분산 가상 스위치를 이용한 네트워크 구현 방법은, 네트워크의 제어 기능들을 각각 가상 머신으로 구현하는 단계와, 복수의 가상 머신들을 미리 설정된 정책에 따라 그룹화하는 단계 및 동일 그룹에 속한 적어도 하나의 가상 머신들을 분산 가상 스위치 기반 가상화 구조의 동일 서버 내에 구현하는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 이동통신 네트워크를 유연하게 구성할 수 있고, 운용 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An access apparatus for an all-internet protocol fusion network is provided to simplify a wireless access network by integrating common elements of a complex wireless network. CONSTITUTION: Each base station(202,204) execute the classification, management, and control of subscriber/service traffic in an IP(Internet Protocol) flow unit. An UCE(Unified Control Entity) creates a route request message for terminals(201,203) using the source IP address of the terminals. The integrated control apparatus IP packet header information for setting a route included in a response message of the created route request message.

PURPOSE: A passive optical network providing system of a PTL(Packet Transport Layer) manner and a method thereof are provided to manage the whole network with one connection. CONSTITUTION: A PTL connection server(900) binds a plurality of the fixed PTL channels. The PTL connection server is set the binding PTL channel as the PTL pass in the metro network and the core network. A PTL connection server manages the line status of all sections through the fixed the PTL channel and the PTL pass. An OLT(Optical Line Termination) for PTL is located between an optical network unit of a user side end and a PTL switch. According to the transmission direction of the packet received the OLT for PTL, the format of packet is converted and transmitted.

A TCM(Tandem Connection Monitoring) method in an MPLS network is provided to make a rate payment reference and responsibility clear based on an SLA(Service Level Agreement) conducted between a user and a service provider and between the service provider and a network provider. A service provider-level TCM receives a TCM packet from a customer equipment(S610), and calculates a BIP-16(Byte Interleaved Parity-16) from the received packet(S620). The TCM compares BIP-16 stored in the received packet and the calculated BIP-16 to check over whether or not there is an error(S630). If the two values are different, namely, if there is an error, the TCM stores 1 in an IE bit(S640). A BIP-9 is calculated, and the calculated value is stored in a service provider TCM BIP-8 of a packet(S650). The packet is transmitted(S660).

CONSTITUTION: A wide channel protecting and switching apparatus comprises a fail detecting part(211) for detecting fails of each optical signal receiving channel, a switching decision part(210) for deciding to switch a received wide channel according to the detected fail signals supplied from the fail detecting part(211), a controller(212) for controlling the received wide channel according to the result of the switching decision part(210), and an optical signal coupling part(213) for coupling the received wide channel signals controlled by the controller(212) and for supplying the received wide channel signals. At this time, an optical signal coupler is used as the optical signal coupling part(213) instead of an optical switch.

An IP-TV(Internet Protocol-Television) broadcasting service system and method using a multicast switch of a physical layer are provided to provide a quality image signal, simplify the configuration of network controlling, and duplicate a large number of bundled image signals. A head end(100) converts an ethernet signal into a VCG(Virtual Concatenation Group) signal of an SDH/SONET(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy/Synchronous Optical Network). A multicast switch(120) multicasts the VCG signal from a physical layer. A tail end(110) restores the multicast VCG signal received through an STM-N optical link into the ethernet signal. A GFP(Generic Framing Procedure) mapping unit(104) maps the ethernet signal. A VCAT(Virtual Concatenation)(106) separates a VCG having an allocated requested bandwidth of the ethernet signal at a minimum signal unit of the STM-N. An LCAS(Link Capacity Adjustment Scheme)(112) restores the signal received through the STM-N optical link into the VCG signal. A GFP demapping unit(114) demaps the restored VCG signal to extract the ethernet signal.
