PURPOSE: An access apparatus for an all-internet protocol fusion network is provided to simplify a wireless access network by integrating common elements of a complex wireless network. CONSTITUTION: Each base station(202,204) execute the classification, management, and control of subscriber/service traffic in an IP(Internet Protocol) flow unit. An UCE(Unified Control Entity) creates a route request message for terminals(201,203) using the source IP address of the terminals. The integrated control apparatus IP packet header information for setting a route included in a response message of the created route request message.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An electronic mail providing apparatus capable of resending electronic mail and method thereof are provided to transmit an E(Electronic)-mail including attached files to a receiver E-mail providing apparatus by connecting a portable terminal with an E-mail providing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A data communication unit(200) transmits and receives information related to a portable terminal or a transmitter E-mail providing apparatus. A file storage unit(210) stores attached files included in an original E-mail. A control unit(220) transmits the E-mail to the portable terminal. When the resending of the E-mail is requested, the control unit controls the transmitter E-mail providing apparatus in order to transmit the resent E-mail to the receiver E-mail providing apparatus.
Abstract:
An emergency call service system on an IP network and a method thereof are provided to enable a network management apparatus to search for the location of a user terminal through the received location information of the user terminal, acquire the location information of the user terminal, and provide the location information to an emergency CA, thereby providing an emergency call service to all user terminals with IP addresses and securing QOS(Quality Of Service) for an emergency call connection between the user terminals and an emergency center through CAC(Call Admission Control) resource management. An emergency call service system on an IP(Internet Protocol) network comprises a policy control server, an emergency CA(Call Agent)(300), a CA(200), and a network management apparatus. The policy control server performs the mapping of an IP address and local information to the ID of a user terminal(111) to generate the location information of the user terminal. The emergency CA recognizes an emergency center(116-1n6) suitable for a location of the user terminal originating an emergency call and performs an emergency call connection between the user terminal and the emergency center. The CA relays the emergency call of the user terminal to the emergency CA. The network management apparatus stores the location information of the user terminal generated through the policy control server, provides the location information of the user terminal originating the emergency call to the emergency CA, and performs resource reservation for the emergency call connection.

PURPOSE: A method for providing a registered e-mail service is provided to perform the registered e-mail service using a policy control server of a network manager thereby an additional registered e-mail service server is not needed. CONSTITUTION: Registered e-mail request information from a sender is analyzed. Information about the registered e-mail is extracted and stored(S516). The registered e-mail is encrypted by using an encoding key(S520). The encoded registered e-mail is delivered to an e-mail account of the confirmed receiver(S540). If the reception confirmation information about the registered e-mail is received, the reception confirmation information is transmitted to the sender(S552).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for intercepting packet data in an All-IP convergence network, and a system thereof are provided to prevent the occurrence of an additional cost by easily performing interception without modification of a network function. CONSTITUTION: When an interception request for a subscriber received from an interception system service, a policy control server provides an IP address of an interception target to an edge router(104) to which a subscriber is connected. The edge router extracts the data including the IP address of the interception target, and transmits the extracted data to the interception system server. The interception system server intercepts the transmitted data, and transmits the intercepted data to the edge router.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A call processing apparatus capable of multi-service processing in an advanced communication network and a method therefor are provided to achieve number translation and routing for various call types dependent on network types in call processing between soft switches. CONSTITUTION: An Internet-based integrated network comprises soft switches(110,140), local exchangers(120,150), and media gateways(130,160). The soft switches(110,140) provide a call control function, such as call connection and control, number translation, routing, etc., and a media gateway control/management function. The local exchangers(120,150) provide a function to transfer messages to the subscribers connected to a PSTN. The media gateways(130,160) cover switching and transmission under the control of the soft switches(110,140).
