Abstract: 본발명의실시예에따른배열안테나시스템의오차보정장치는다수의배열안테나를구비한배열송신안테나시스템의오차보정장치에있어서, 송신신호의통과대역과간섭하지않는영역에단일주파수신호로오차보정신호를생성하는보정신호생성기; 상기송신신호를 RF 대역으로상향변환하여상기다수의배열안테나로전달하는배열 RF 송신기; 상기오차보정신호와상기배열 RF 송신기를통과하여수신되는수신단일주파수신호를상관하여상기배열 RF 송신기의전달함수를추정하고추정된전달함수를이용하여필터계수를추출하는오차보정추정기; 및상기필터계수를적용하여송신신호의오차를보정하여보정된송신신호를상기배열 RF 송신기로출력하는복소필터를포함할수 있다.

Abstract: A bandgap reference voltage generator is disclosed. Abstract: PURPOSE: A phase locked loop device capable of improving a phase noise property is provided to supply a high quality clock signal or a carrier, thereby maximizing the transmission efficiency of a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: A phase locked loop device(100) comprises a phase detector(110), a charge pump(120), a loop filter(130), a voltage control oscillator(140), a divider(150), and an injection locked frequency divider(160). The phase detector generates a phase difference signal which corresponds to the phase difference by comparing an inputted reference frequency clock and an oscillation signal which is divided and fed back. The charge pump produces a voltage signal with reference to the phase difference signal. The loop filter filters a signal of a specific frequency from the voltage signal.
