    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method and microcapsules manufactured thereby are provided to improve thermal stability, solvent resistance, chemical stability, and workability, and to diversity kinds of a dispersing agent by using the microcapsules as the dispersing agent. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyurea microcapsule comprises the following steps; manufacturing a dispersed solution by decentralizing particles into saturated alcohol; dissolving amine-based monomer in the dispersed solution; making emulsion by mixing the dispersed solution, vegetable oil and diesel oil(30); and manufacturing the microcapsule which has the dispersed solution as a core material by dissolving a nonpolar isocyanate compound into the emulsion. The particle is conductive powder, metal particles, metalorganic particles, metal oxide particles, magnetic particles and hydrophobic polymer particles.
