Abstract: An electronic picture frame is provided to connect with an external network through a set-top box and a wired and wireless sharing function, perform communication with equipment in a home network through wired and wireless communication technique, and control the equipment at home or remotely. An external communication unit(260) bidirectionally performs the wired or wireless communication of external data contents or an external control signal with the outside of home. An internal communication unit(270) performs the wired or wireless home network communication of internal data contents or an internal control signal with another electronic device in home. The external or internal control signal is processed in a control unit(210). The external or internal data contents are stored in a memory unit(220) by the control unit. Abstract: PURPOSE: An intelligent CCD(charge coupled device) camera is to capture only a required moment and compact an image of the moment and transmits the image to a central controlling computer, thereby facilitating a maintenance thereof. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent CCD camera for monitoring and recording comprises a plurality of image capture units which are disposed at a place to obtain an image of a correspondent monitoring area at a constant time interval and compares the images having the constant time interval and sorts out a difference between the images, and a central controlling part which is connected with the image obtaining parts to remote-control the image obtaining parts and receives/stores images only selected by the image obtaining parts. Abstract: A method and an apparatus for providing a bookmark service are provided to enable a user to collect bookmark information necessary for bookmark information search by providing the bookmark service which manages bookmark information of a user through a bookmark service providing server. Abstract: 본 발명은 네트워크로 접속된 프린터의 공유 사용 환경에서, 보안이 요구되는 인쇄 출력물의 접근을 통제하여 제3자에게 정보의 노출을 보호하기 위한 네트워크 프린터의 구조 및 이를 이용한 문서 인쇄 보안 방법에 관한 것이다.
프린터를 다수의 사용자가 공유하게 됨에 따라, 보안을 필요로 하는 문서를 인쇄하고자 할 때, 네트워크 프린터는 여러 사용자에게 공유되고 있으므로 인쇄된 문서가 제3자에게 노출되거나 분실되기가 쉽다. 특히 프린터의 위치가 사용자에게 근접해 있을 때는 제3자의 접근을 통제할 수 있겠으나, 그 위치가 사용자로부터 다소 원거리에 있을 경우에는 네트워크를 통해 인쇄 명령을 내린 후에 인쇄된 문서가 사용자의 손에 반드시 들어올 수 있다고 보장할 수가 없다.
따라서 본 발명은 인쇄하고자 하는 문서의 보안이 요구되는 경우, 프린터에서 사용자의 통제가 없이 그대로 인쇄되는 것을 방지하기 위해, 해당 프린터에서 인쇄 문서의 사용자가 직접 파일 사용자 고유번호와 비밀번호를 입력하게 하여, 문서의 출력 및 획득에 대한 승인을 확인한 후에 인쇄되도록 하는 방법을 제시한다.
