Abstract: An apparatus and a method for transmitting vehicle diagnosis information are provided to reduce the cost of installation by providing vehicle diagnosis information through the radio of a vehicle, without the necessity of adding a special display unit. An apparatus for transmitting vehicle diagnosis information comprises a vehicle diagnosis module(110), a radio frequency transmitting part(120) and a voice storage part(130). The vehicle diagnosis module(110), connected with the ECU(Electronic Control Unit) of a vehicle through an OBD terminal, collects the state information of various parts from the ECU, and confirms various abnormal states of the vehicle, based on the collected state information. The radio frequency transmitting part(120) transmits the confirmed abnormal states for the whole range of the Rx frequencies of a radio(140) installed in the vehicle. The voice storage part(130) stores voice information for various abnormal states. The radio frequency transmitting part(120) extracts voice information for the confirmed abnormal states from the voice storage part(130) and transmits the extracted voice information.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method of vehicle entrance management are provided to prevent vehicle theft and various crimes by authenticating the vehicle on the basis of unique identification information of a vehicle monitoring device and preventing unauthorized entrance. An information transceiver(220) receives unique identification information and vehicle status information from a vehicle monitoring device, when a vehicle mounting the vehicle monitoring device is approached to an entrance of a parking lot. A crossing gate operating unit(230) determines entering permission for the vehicle based on the unique identification information. A vehicle information analysis unit(240) diagnoses the status of the vehicle by analyzing the vehicle status information. An analysis information transmission unit(250) checks out a residence area related with the vehicle based on the unique identification information, and transmits abnormal status to a display device located at the residence area.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for notifying an emergency state of vehicle are provided to prevent an accident by checking whether the components are right. An apparatus for notifying an emergency state of vehicle includes a vehicle monitoring module(110), a vehicle state analyzer(120), and an emergency state controller(130). The vehicle monitoring module collects state information of components inside the vehicle from an ECU(Electronic Control Unit). The vehicle state analyzer defines abnormal states for the components and analyzes the collected information to discriminate an abnormal component. When at least one component is defective, the emergency state controller actuates an emergency lamp of the vehicle by using the ECU.
