Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooperation communication device and a method thereof for obtaining high communication reliability are provided to maximize the diversity combining gain of low complexity supporting RAT(Radio Access Technology). CONSTITUTION: A first node management unit(110) selects a first RAT in consideration of the RAT information usable for a source-destination link or a source-relay link. The source-destination link interlinks a source node and a destination node. The source-relay link interlinks the source node and a relay node. A first information transmission unit(120) transmits the first source node information through the first RAT to the destination node and the relay node.
