Abstract: PURPOSE: A flow mobility supporting method based on a network, and a device thereof are provided to effectively use network resources by selectively connecting to a communication network according to service characteristics. Abstract: PURPOSE: A network interface selection method and system by application are provided to set the priority of a default network interface according to the intention of a user. CONSTITUTION: A network connection unit(110) is connected to each network. A network measurement unit(120) measures the quality of an activated network interface. A priority setting unit(130) sets the priority of one or more network interfaces by connected application. An I/O(Input/Output) unit(140) displays the one or more network interfaces based on the priority. The I/O unit more displays the network interface quality and the priority modification icon of the network interface.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A mobility supporting method having controlling functions distributed in a network and a system thereof are provided for network companies, which is providing IP mobility services to wireless mobile terminal subscribers, to avoid the concentration of control traffic and overhead to a particular device. CONSTITUTION: Multiple routers transmit packets from a transmission terminal to a reception terminal based on the identifying information of a mobile terminal. Multiple location management servers (LR 1-LR 7) are connected to a virtual network. The multiple location management servers transmits location binding information to a router corresponding to the reception terminal based on the identifying information of the mobile terminal received through the router. The location binding information includes the IP address of a packet reception terminal and the address of the router.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An interworking control system and a method thereof for improving the terminal media quality and transport network QoS are provided to predict the effective quality change of a user based on in the QoS index change and analyze after comparing with the effective quality evaluation result measured in the real user terminal.
