Abstract: The protective film against counterfeiting a passport or a resident card is produced by (a) adding 0.5˜1.5parts of ammonium persulfate as polymerization initiator and 0.1˜0.3parts of triphenyl chloromethane as polymerization inhibitor to 99parts of acrylic acid monomer, and reacting the mixture to obtain a water-soluble acrylic resin, (b) mixing 50% acrylic resin with 30% ethyl alcohol, 15% ethylene glycol and 5% antifoaming agent to obtain printing vanish, (c) adding a dyestuff and a functional coloring agent to the vanish to obtain a hydrophilic transfer ink, and (d) covering the surface of a transparent synthetic resin film with a hot melt adhesive, and gravure printing the adhesive layer with the transfer ink.

Abstract: 본 발명은 위조방지용 보호필름의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 보호필름 이면에 인쇄된 인쇄층이 사진에 전사되게 하여 인쇄층이 전사된 사진을 제거하고 다른 사진으로 교체하면 전사된 인쇄층이 사라지게 하는 위조방지용 보호필름에 관한 것인바, 종래에는 필름의 이면 접착제층에 이형제층을 형성시키고 그 위에 인쇄층을 형성시키므로서 제조공정이 까다롭고 복잡한 결점이 있었으나, 본 발명은 이형제층의 인쇄 없이도 보호필름 이면의 접착제층에 인쇄된 인쇄층이 사진에 전사되도록 친수성 바니쉬를 제조하고 이에 염료 등을 가하여 친수성 인쇄 잉크를 제조한 후 이를 보호필름의 접착제층에 인쇄형성시키므로서 친수성인 전사잉크는 친유성인 접착제층과 분리되고 친수성인 사진표면의 젤라틴층과 결합될 수 있어 사진에 전사될 수 있게 한 것임.

Abstract: Printing inks (washable with fresh water) are prepd. by mixreacting varnish (I)[obtd. by reacting pigments, flax oil fatty acid 50.7% and trimethylolpropane 19.2% with anhydrous trimellitic acid 10.2%, phthalic anhydride 4.6%, glycole ethers 8.9% and amines neutralizer 6.4% , varnish (II) [obtd. from tung oil 68.2%, fumaric acid 10.8%, water soluble solvent 14.0% and neutralizer 7.0% , ethyleneglycole monobutylether 1-10%, and benzoylperoxide 1% as accelerator of oxidn./drying.
