Abstract: PURPOSE: A tamping cylinder polishing jig for a multiple tie tamper is provided to save resources according to the recycling repair of a tamping cylinder and to save a maintaining cost of the tie tamper by polishing the inner circumference of the tamping cylinder through a polishing device. CONSTITUTION: A tamping cylinder polishing jig for a multiple tie tamper comprises a pair of vibrating shaft fixing units (1,2), a cylinder unit (3), a support unit (10), and a pair of center covers (20). The support unit includes a support body (10b) and a support rod (10a). One of the support rod is fixed in a polishing device and the other end is integrally connected or formed in the support body. One end of the center cover is fixed to the outside of the vibrating shaft fixing unit and the other end is connected to the support body by penetrating through a fixing hole (2).
