Abstract:
PURPOSE: A construction method of a concrete bridge foundation using a heating mold heated by a microwave is provided to reduce the construction and energy consumptions and to install the heating mold of a module shape in a partition of an existing mold. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a concrete bridge foundation using a heating mold heated by a microwave comprises a microwave generator(15), a wave guide, a housing(17), and a heating unit(18). The wave guide receives the microwave from the microwave generator and transfers the microwave into the housing. The housing reflects the microwave. The heating unit absorbs the reflected microwave and generates heat in order to heat the concrete surface.

PURPOSE: A heating form using microwaves for constructing bridge foundations is provided to heat a form by being installed in the external partition of a steel form. CONSTITUTION: A heating form using microwaves for constructing bridge foundations comprises a microwave generator(15), a wave guide tube, a housing(17), and a heating unit(18). The wave guide tube delivers the microwaves from the microwave generator to the housing. The housing diffusely reflects the microwaves delivered to the wave guide tube. The heating unit generates heat by absorbing the diffusely reflected microwaves to heat the surface of heating object concrete.

The present invention relates to a heating system for slab construction using a microwave, and a construction method of a slab using the same. More specifically, the present invention provides, in constructing a concrete slab, a heating system for slab construction using a microwave and a construction method of a slab using the same which is capable of noticeably reducing the construction period of a slab especially during the time when an outdoor temperature is low by reducing the initial hydration time of the concrete placed in the upper part of a steel plate by heating the steel plate of a slab mold employing a heating system for slab construction using a microwave. Upon constructing a slab by using the heating system for slab construction using a microwave according to the present invention, an entire construction period can be markedly reduced by reducing the curing period from reducing the initial hydration time of the concrete; a warm curing of concrete is made possible without the use of a heater, a fan heater, etc. in a warm curing process; and especially, the problem of uneven heating and resultant possibility of crack generation can be solved.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preventing the generation of cracks in mass concrete using a heating form heated by microwaves, and, more specifically, to a method for preventing crack generation due to tensile stress by minimizing temperature variation between the inside and the surface of the mass concrete by controlling temperature in the surface of the mass concrete using a heating form heated by microwaves while the mass concrete for thick members such as a dam, the lower structure of a bridge, a retaining wall, and the foundation of a structure is cured, wherein the temperature variation is generated when the mass concrete is hydrated. According to the present invention, the method used for constructing/curing the mass concrete allows the temperature variation between the central part and the surface part of the mass concrete to be controlled to be minimized by the heating form heated by the microwaves so that: temperature cracks due to thermal stress is prevented; and construction periods for constructing the mass concrete are largely reduced by reducing periods for curing the mass concrete.
