Abstract: PURPOSE: A low-temperature thermostatic bath integrated with helium gas freezer and continuous cooling freezer is provided to improve economical efficiency by reducing operating time. CONSTITUTION: A thermostatic bath includes a liquefied helium vessel; a helium gas freezer(10) connected with a freezing compressor; an inner radiation cut-off cylinder(21) and an outer radiation cut-off cylinder(20) connected with cooling parts(17,18) of the helium gas freezer, respectively; a radiation cut-off cylinder(22) placed in the inner radiation cut-off cylinder; a vacuum cylinder(19) installed around the outer radiation cut-off cylinder; a plurality of vacuum connecting pipes(13,14) connected with the vacuum cylinder; liquefied helium supply lines(23,24) wound around the inner radiation cut-off cylinder and the radiation cut-off cylinder, respectively so that liquefied helium in the liquefied helium vessel circulates around the inner radiation cut-off cylinder and the radiation cut-off cylinder and is discharged to a helium gas outlet on an upper part of the vacuum cylinder; a vacuum pump connected to the vacuum connecting pipes; and a helium gas discharger connected with the helium gas outlet so that the liquefied helium in the liquefied helium vessel is continuously operated or the helium gas freezer is operated, selectively or together.
