본 발명은 동위원소희석 질량분석법을 이용하여 검출대상시료에 함유된 검출대상원소 의 농도를 측정하는 방법으로서, 동위원소희석 질량분석 시, 검출대상시료를 연소시켜 전처리하는 단계를 포함하는 연소전처리-동위원소희석질량분석법에 관한 것으로 동위원소를 안정화시키고 분석능을 더욱 보완하여 기존의 질량분석법의 정확도를 뛰어넘는 원소분석법으로 활용될 것으로 전망된다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of managing deionized water purified through an anion exchange resin tower, and more particularly, to a method of evaluating performance of anion exchange resin and an on-line performance evaluation apparatus. A method of evaluating performance of anion exchange resin according to the present invention includes the steps of: measuring in parallel an concentration of positive ions of functional group amino compound, electric conductivity of deionized water, and TOC (Total Organic Carbon); and setting classified indexes of performance of anion exchange resin based on the measured concentration of positive ions of amino compound, electric conductivity of deionized water and TOC. According to the present invention, a degree of deterioration of the anion exchange resin may be directly evaluated by measuring the concentration of the functional group of the eluted anion exchange resin. In addition, as compared with a scheme of managing system water with only electric conductivity, factors of increasing the electric conductivity may be rapidly and exactly grasped by measuring in parallel the concentration of positive ions of functional group amino compound, the electric conductivity of deionized water, and TOC. Further, the performance of the anion exchange resin is monitored through an apparatus for evaluating performance of anion exchange resin through on-line, so that the anion exchange resin may be used at the maximum, thereby evaluating the cost necessary to extend a resin exchange period or drive it. Therefore, system water may be more stably managed.

본 발명은 화합물 박막 태양전지용 박막과 같은 다성분 합금 박막에 대하여, 전수합산법을 이용한 이차이온화질량분석법에 의하여 정량분석 및 깊이에 따른 조성분포를 분석하는 방법을 개시하는바, 이로써 합금 박막 태양전지의 이력관리를 가능케 하여 성능을 극대화할 수 있는 표준을 제공할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to combustion pretreatment-isotope dilution mass spectrometry as a method for measuring the concentration of an element to be detected contained in a sample to be detected by using isotope dilution mass spectrometry, including a step of pretreating the sample to be detected by combusting the same during isotope dilution mass spectrometry. The present invention stabilizes an isotope and improves analysis ability, thus is expected to be used as an element analysis method surpassing the accuracy of an existing mass analysis method.
