Abstract: 본 발명은 실리카 입자 및 상기 실리카 입자 표면에 방사형 돌기가 구비된 실리카 주형체에 금속 또는 금속산화물 층을 형성하여 캡슐형 실리카 복합체를 제조하고; 상기 캡슐형 실리카 복합체로부터 습식에칭에 의해 실리카 주형체를 선택적으로 제거하여 금속 또는 금속산화물의 다공성 중공 캡슐을 제조하는 것을 포함하는 다공성 중공 캡슐 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 다공성 중공 캡슐은 방사형 돌기로 인해 다양한 기공크기를 가지게 된 실리카 주형체를 이용하여 다양한 기공크기로 조절하여 제조할 수 있다.또한 본 발명에 의한 다공성 중공 캡슐은 생리활성물질, 촉매물질, 고분자물질을 담지 할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a porous hollow capsule is provided to control the size of pores in the porous hollow capsule using a silica template with the various pore size using radial protrusions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous hollow capsule comprises the following steps: producing an encapsulated type silica composite by forming a metal or metal oxide layer on a silica template including a silica particle and radial protrusions formed on the surface of the silica particle; and selectively removing the silica template from the encapsulated type silica composite using a wet etching method.
