Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing perchlorate is provided to improve the efficiency of a perchlorate manufacturing process by applying natural light, ultraviolet ray, ozone, or electric spark to solid chloride materials. CONSTITUTION: At least one selected from natural light, ultraviolet ray, ozone, and electric spark are applied to solid chloride materials. The chloride materials are at least one selected from a group including MCl_x, M(ClO)_x, M(ClO_2)_x, and M(ClO_3)_x. In the chloride material group, the M is alkali metal, alkali earth metal, or polyatomic; and the x is 1 or 2. A method for manufacturing perchlorate includes the following: a titanium dioxide is mixed with the chloride materials; and one selected from natural light, ultraviolet ray, ozone, and electric spark is applied to the mixture. The M is capable of being Na, K, Ca, or NH_4.

Abstract: The fulleren is produced by (a) generating a glow discharge at a low pressure of the torch, (b) inserting a high frequency wave electric field induced from the coil into the discharging tube, and flowing an argon plasma gas into the tube to generate an inductively coupled plasma, (c) reacting the plasma with a graphite powder, (d) cooling the reactant gas, and (d) separating a gas and product from the reactant gas. The apparatus comprises a radio frequency generating device, a raw powder-supplying device, a gas-supplying device, a torch, a reacting chamber, an exhaust gas-cooling part, a separating filter and a vacuum pump.
