Abstract: PURPOSE: A welding wire is provided to increase welding speed by comprising a conductive layer for easy transmission of electricity to a core layer. CONSTITUTION: A welding wire comprises a core layer(10), an ionized electric potential layer(30), and a conductive layer. The core layer is molten into globules with the arc heat of welding. The ionized electric potential layer is formed out of elements having low ionization energy on the surface of the core layer. The conductive layer is formed between the core layer and the ionized electric potential layer or on the surface of the ionized electric potential layer in order to transmit the electricity flowing in a wire to the core layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for informing a replacement time of a welding wire for a pail pack is provided to move a moving unit without inclination according to the movement of a press plate because the moving unit is downwardly moved in a state where a fitting protrusion of the moving unit is caught in a guide groove. CONSTITUTION: A device for informing a replacement time of a welding wire for a pail pack comprises a press plate(20), a moving unit(40), a supporting rod(30), a limit switch(31), and an alarm unit(50). The press plate is arranged at the top of wires loaded on a pail pack main body(10) and is downwardly moved according to the consumption of the wires. One side of the moving unit is connected to the press plate so that the moving unit can inform the position indicating the residual amount of the wires according to the movement of the press plate. The supporting rod is installed in a space part of the main body and supports the moving unit. If the moving unit contacts to a limit switch, the alarm unit generates emergency signals.

Abstract: 본 발명은 아크 용접시 용접봉의 선단부에 자화된 철분을 부착시켜 초기 아크 발생을 용이하게 하는 아크발생 유도용 용접봉 보관함에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 보관함에서 인출되는 용접봉의 선단부에 부착되는 철분을 침상이 되도록 하여 전류밀도를 국소화시키면서 증가시킴으로써 초기 아크 점화성능을 높일 수 있도록 하는 아크발생 유도용 용접봉 보관함에 관한 것이다.
이를 위하여 본 발명은 아크 용접 시 용접봉의 선단부에 자화된 철분을 부착시켜 초기 아크 발생을 용이하게 하는 아크발생 유도용 용접봉 보관함에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 자성체가 수용되는 하부케이스와 상기 하부케이스의 상부에 결합되고, 내부바닥에 철분을 수용하며, 상부에 입구가 형성된 상부케이스와 상기 입구에 결합되고, 용접봉의 선단부에 자화에 의해 부착된 철분을 침상이 되도록 하는 인출부가 구비된 인출가이드커버로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

CONSTITUTION: An arc welding rod case for induction of arc comprises a lower case(3) in which a magnetic member is accommodated, an upper case(2) which is coupled to the top of the lower case and receives a welding rod(20) and iron components, and a draw-out guide cover(1) which is coupled to an opening formed on the top of the upper case and has a draw-out part(11) by which the iron components attached by the magnetization of the leading end of the welding rod is formed into a needle shape.

Abstract: An apparatus for forming stress corrosion cracks is provided to improve the reliability of an atomic electrical power plant or a process industry by using vapor pressure and tubal samples. A heating unit(20) comprises a conductive member arranged on the outer surface of a tubal sample in a circumference direction and a heating coil arranged adjacent to the conductive member and generates vapor pressure. A control unit(40) controls the heating unit and a both-end binding unit(30). The both-end binding unit consists of an upper plate(31) for blocking the both ends of the tubal sample, a lower plate(32) and a tension bar(33). The tension bar adjusts the interval between the upper plate and the lower plate.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A longitudinal thermal-fatigue crack forming apparatus is provided to form a longitudinal crack by using a cooling block for longitudinally controlling the formation direction of a thermal-fatigue crack. CONSTITUTION: A longitudinal thermal-fatigue crack forming apparatus comprises a heating unit, a cooling unit, a control unit, and a cooling block. A heating unit(20) comprises a coil arranged to be adjacent to a tube-shaped specimen in the columnar direction. The cooling unit comprises a cooling water pump and a cooling water hose. The control unit controls the operation of the heating unit and the cooling unit. The cooling block is contacted with outer circumference part of the tube-shaped specimen. A crack position adjusting slit(51c) is formed in the longitudinal direction in the cooling block. A cooling water line(51a) in which cooling source composed of cooling water or the cooling gas circulates is connected to a cooler controlled by the cooling temperature controller and is formed inside the cooling block.
