Abstract:
A navigation device for an artificial satellite is provided to improve the performance of whole system by processing the sensing data distributionally. A navigation device for an artificial satellite comprises a sensor unit(101), a main processor(102), and an interface unit(103). The sensor unit makes the sensing data by measuring the state of the location or the posture of an antibody. The main processor performs the navigation calculation using the sensing data. The interface unit provides an interface between the main processor and the sensor unit. Sensing data is filtered by the interface unit using the predetermined controller. The interface unit temporarily stores the sensing data of the sensor unit and delivers to the main processor once request.

본 발명은 미세 임펄스를 발생시키는 추력기의 성능을 측정하기 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 추력기를 진자운동시켜서 진자운동의 운동시간 변화량을 측정하고 이를 이용하여 최소 임펄스 비트를 계산하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 구체적으로, 본 발명은 추력기를 진자운동시키는 구조물과, 추력기의 운동시간을 측정하는 센서모듈 및 추력기의 임펄스 발생 유무에 따른 운동시간의 변화량을 이용하여 추력기의 임펄스를 계산하는 프로세서 등을 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 이에 의하면, 오차 원인을 최소화하고 데이터 처리량이 줄어들기 때문에 미세한 추력을 발생시키는 추력기의 성능을 보다 정밀하고 간단하게 측정할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 추력기(thruster), 인공위성, 진자운동, 광학센서, 운동시간 변화량, 최소 임펄스 비트(minimum impulse bit)
Abstract:
A sensor data simulator and a sensor hardware simulator used in an integrated verification system of the attitude determination and control for small satellites are provided to embody a verification system at a low cost by applying an orbit condition and hardware characteristics of a satellite sensor. A sensor hardware simulator(300) includes a serial communication unit(310), a controller(320), and a multiplexer(330). The serial communication unit receives a sensor output value from a sensor data simulator(200). The controller converts a digital sensor output value which is received from the serial communication unit, into an analog sensor output value and outputs the analog sensor output value. The multiplexer outputs the analog sensor output value which is inputted from the controller, to an instruction and data processing unit(400) through a channel according to a channel control signal inputted from the controller.

A device and a method for simulating output power of a solar cell array for a small satellite are provided to control current-voltage simulation data of the output power satisfactorily and easily at a low manufacturing cost by feeding back load current and voltage. A power supplier(260) supplies power to a system of a small satellite. A storage unit(250) stores simulation condition data for a solar cell array. A power controller(271) generates current-voltage simulation data of the output power by reading the simulation condition data from the storage unit and outputs the control voltage to the power supplied depending on the generated current-voltage simulation data. The power controller calculates a new voltage level and outputs the power corresponding to the new voltage level when a difference between load current/voltage fed back from the power supplier and the current-voltage simulation data of the output power is bigger than a threshold.
Abstract:
An animal tracking terminal and an animal tracking receiver of an animal tracking system are provided to obtain accurate data on a movement of animals by extending a lifetime of a GPS transmitter. An animal tracking transmitter includes an RF transmitter(210), a GPS receiver(220), a memory(230), a timer unit(251), an RF transmission controller(252), and a power supply(240). The RF transmitter transmits RF signals to a tacking satellite. The GPS receiver receives position data from the GPS satellite. The memory stores tracking information and position data of the satellite. The timer unit calculates a transmission timing based on the tracking information of the satellite and outputs a first interrupt signal for transmitting the position data at the calculated timing. The RF transmission controller is changed from an RF sleep mode to an RF active mode, when the first interrupt signal is received, and transmits the position data to the tracking satellite through the RF transmitter. The power supply supplies power to an animal tracking system.

An impulse measuring device of a thruster and a method thereof are provided to increase the data processing speed and to precisely measure the very small size impulse by reducing the various errors. An impulse measuring device of a thruster comprises a swinging offer part(102), a sensor(105), and a data processing part(109). The thruster(101) is fixed at the swinging offer part. The thruster is reciprocated by the swinging offer part around the equilibrium point. The sensor measures the exercise hours of the thruster. The exercise hours of the thruster are the time to thruster pass through the arbitrary point-to-point interval. The amount of change of the exercise hours is the difference between the exercise hours while the thruster is running and the exercise hours while it is not.
