Abstract: PURPOSE: A gas-gas injector for a small rocket engine using the ignition characteristics of kerosene contacting with hydrogen peroxide is provided to omit atomizing and evaporating processes by supplying the gaseous kerosene to a combustion chamber. CONSTITUTION: A gas-gas injector for a small rocket engine using the ignition characteristics of kerosene contacting with hydrogen peroxide supplies the hydrogen peroxide in a gas-gas state to a combustion chamber of the rocket engine by evaporating the kerosene and decomposing the hydrogen peroxide. A gas-gas injector for the small rocket engine comprises a catalyst unit(10), and a vaporizing pipe(20). The catalyst unit decomposes the hydrogen peroxide with gas for decomposing the hydrogen peroxide. The vaporizing pipe is installed inside the catalyst unit, and evaporates the kerosene.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A solenoid valve with a coil cooling method using working fluid is provided to form a cooling passage covering a solenoid and to cool the solenoid by transferring low temperature working fluid, expanding some of the working fluid, to the cooling passage. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve with a coil cooling method using working fluid comprises a valve body, a poppet(200), a solenoid(300), a solenoid cover(310), an discharge port(420), an auxiliary passage(140), and a throttling device(500). The valve body comprises an inlet port, an outlet port, and a fluid passage interconnecting the inlet port and the outlet port. The poppet opens and closes the fluid passage by lifting. The solenoid is connected to the poppet to lift the poppet according to the supply of power. The solenoid cover is installed to cover the solenoid and a cooling passage is formed between the solenoid and the solenoid cover. The discharge port is formed in the solenoid cover to discharge the fluid in the cooling passage to the outside. The auxiliary passage is formed in the valve body to interconnect the fluid passage and the cooling passage and selectively connects by the lift of the poppet. The throttling device is formed in a boundary of the auxiliary passage and the cooling passage.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A globe valve for preventing backflow using a check valve with springs is provided to block backflow of fluid without installing an additional valve and to remove a backflow blocking part if a backflow preventing function is not necessary. CONSTITUTION: A globe valve for preventing backflow using a check valve with springs comprises a backflow blocking part(100) and a valve guide(200). The backflow blocking part is mounted under the valve seat to block backflow and comprises a check valve(110) and multiple springs(130). The check valve is mounted at the bottom of the valve seat One end of the spring is connected with the check valve and the other end thereof is connected to the valve guide. The valve guide forms a cap of the globe valve.
