Abstract: PURPOSE: A loading device for inspecting and a calibrating load cell is provided to endure load by integrating a load bearer and a loading device. CONSTITUTION: A loading device for inspecting comprises a standard load cell, a calibrating load cell, a stud bolt(9), a hydraulic cylinder(1), a tensile strength lever(3) and a compressive load lever(6). The load is added on the standard load cell. The calibrating load cell is formed on the upper part of the standard load cell. The stud bolt for the bond combines the load cell for the standard load cell and the inspection correction. The hydraulic cylinder adds the tension or the compressive load to the load cell for the standard load cell and inspection correction. The tensile strength lever is included on the top of the load cell for the inspection correction.

Abstract: 본 발명은 항공기 구조시험에 사용되는 로드셀의 비교검사 및 교정을 위한 하중부가장치이다. 구조시험용 로드셀 교정에서 하중부가장치의 축 정열과 로드셀의 설치 및 해체작업을 손쉽게 수행하는 장치에 관한 것이다.
이러한 본 장치는 유압실린더(1) 상부에 설치된 하중지지대(2), 인장하중레버(3), 구면좌(4), 구면좌 스터드 볼트(5), 압축하중레버(6), 연결대(7), 하중지지대 캡(8), 스터드 볼트(9), 표준 로드셀(10) 및 검사/교정 로드셀(11) 등으로 구성된다.
본 발명을 사용하게 되면 구조시험용 로드셀의 비교검사 및 교정 시 장치의 축 정열(alignment)이 용이하고, 장치의 설치 및 이동과 로드셀 설치 및 해체 시간을 줄일 수 있으며, 작업자의 안전을 확보하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
