PURPOSE: An adapter for connecting a bolt for a structure test to a blot is provided to securely connect first and second bolts without rotation of an adapter and to simplify a connection. CONSTITUTION: An adapter for connecting a bolt for a structure test to a blot comprises a base body(10), a first fixing block(20), a second fixing block(30), a first fixing block fixing member(40), and a second fixing block fixing member(50). A first bolt(3a) and a second bolt(3b) are inserted into the base body. The fist fixing block is inserted into a first bolt insertion groove(11) through an opened lateral side of the first bolt insertion groove of the base body, thereby contacting or adjoining to the first bolt. A helix spirally connected to the first bolt is formed in a direction where contacting or adjoining to the first bolt. The fist second block is inserted into a second bolt insertion groove through an opened lateral side of the second bolt insertion groove of the base body, thereby contacting or adjoining to the second bolt. The first fixing block fixing member prevent a secession of the first fixing block. The second fixing block fixing member prevent a secession of the second fixing block.

본 발명은 항공기 구조시험에 사용되는 서어보 유압작동기를 시험전 기능점검 또는 유압작동기에 장착된 과하중 방지용 밸브 조절을 위해 힘을 작용하여야 하는 경우 현재 놓여진 상태에서 유압작동기 실린더에 탑재시켜 손쉽게 힘을 작용할 수 있도록 하는 유압작동기 탑재 하중지지장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 유압작동기가 하중을 작용할 수 있도록 하는 유압작동기 탑재 하중지지장치에 있어서, 실린더의 피스톤 로드에 설치되는 로드셀과, 상기 로드셀의 상측에 설치된 링크와, 상기 링크의 상, 하측에 설치된 상부고정자 및 하부고정자와, 상기 로드셀의 외측에 설치되어 하중을 전달하는 원주부와, 상기 원주부의 상측에서 볼트로 고정되며 상부 조임대로 고정되어 인장하중과 압축하중을 전달시키는 원주부 덮개와, 상기 원주부의 하측에서 볼트로 고정되어 원주부의 하중을 실린더 상부덮개에 전달하는 실린더 연결부와, 상기 실린더 연결부를 고정시키며 실린더 상부덮개와 볼트로 고정시키는 하부 조임대로 구성되고, 상기 원주부, 상기 원주부 덮개, 및 상기 실린더 연결부중 선택된 어느 하나에 상기 로드셀로부터 케이블을 도출하기 위한 홈을 가지며 시험 설치 위치에서 하중을 작용시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 것이다.

본 발명은 항공기 구조시험에 사용되는 로드셀의 비교검사 및 교정을 위한 하중부가장치이다. 구조시험용 로드셀 교정에서 하중부가장치의 축 정열과 로드셀의 설치 및 해체작업을 손쉽게 수행하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 장치는 유압실린더(1) 상부에 설치된 하중지지대(2), 인장하중레버(3), 구면좌(4), 구면좌 스터드 볼트(5), 압축하중레버(6), 연결대(7), 하중지지대 캡(8), 스터드 볼트(9), 표준 로드셀(10) 및 검사/교정 로드셀(11) 등으로 구성된다. 본 발명을 사용하게 되면 구조시험용 로드셀의 비교검사 및 교정 시 장치의 축 정열(alignment)이 용이하고, 장치의 설치 및 이동과 로드셀 설치 및 해체 시간을 줄일 수 있으며, 작업자의 안전을 확보하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 로드셀, 교정, 유압실린더, 하중부가장치, 유압작동기

항공기 전기체 구조시험에서 인장형 하중부가시스템으로 주로 사용되는 Whiffle-tree 시스템에 사용되는 것으로, Whiffle-tree 시스템은 유압작동기와 시험체 사이에 설치하여 원하는 분포하중을 시험체에 작용시키는 시험장치이다. 본 발명은 Whiffle-tree 시스템의 기본단위는 채널과 채널 끝단에 부착되는 하중전달부로 구성되고 하중전달부로 사용되는 채널간 하중전달 장치에 관한 것이다. 채널과 연결되는 상측 연결대는 하측의 축에 구를 갖고, 채널과 연결되는 하측 연결대는 상측의 나사축을 가지고, 원통형 하우징의 암나사와 연결된다. 상기 원통형 하우징은 상측 연결대의 구와 연결될 수 있도록 삽입공간과 고정공간을 가진 것이다.

PURPOSE: A load supporting apparatus equipped with a hydraulic actuator is provided to reduce an operation time required for moving the hydraulic system and to prevent the hydraulic system from falling down by loading a cylinder with the hydraulic system without moving the hydraulic system. CONSTITUTION: An upper cover(11) of a cylinder is positioned at an upper side of a hydraulic system cylinder(12). A bisected cylinder connection part(4) is fixed to the upper cover(11) of the cylinder by mean of a bolt. Bisected cylinder(3) is fixed to the cylinder connection part(4) by means of a bolt. Connection protrusion is formed such that an upper side and a lower side of the bisected cylinder(3) are symmetrical. A link(1) is connected to an upper side of a piston rod. The piston rod is protruded to the upper side of the cylinder(12).

PURPOSE: An adjusting apparatus for a load limiting valve of a hydraulic actuator is provided to fix a spring on a cracking point by using a pressure control valve and a digital pressure gauge. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pressure reached a 'P' line passes an opening/shutting valve(3) of a compression side and a reduction valve(5) of the compression side by going in through a flow controller(1). The hydraulic pressure reaches an inlet of a load limiting valve(13) and displayed on a digital pressure gauge(7) of the compression side. Hydraulic pressure is increased to an adjusting pressure of the reduction valve of the compression side when the opening/shutting valve is opened. The load limiting valve is fixed when value of a digital flow meter(9) of a drain line shows a cracking point by opening a compression controller of the load limiting valve. Thereby, pressure value of the load limiting valve is placed to desired pressure. An adjusting operation for the compression side is finished by shutting the opening/shutting valve of the compression side. Hydraulic pressure is increased to an adjusting pressure of a reduction valve(6) of a tension side with reaching an inlet of a pressure control valve(15) after passing the reduction valve of the tension side when an opening/shutting valve(4) of the tension side is opened. Value of the load limiting valve is placed to desired value by stopping and fixing value of a digital flow meter(8) of the tension side at a cracking point during opening a controller of the tension side of the load limiting valve after adjusting the reduction valve. An operation for the load limiting valve for the tension side is finished when the opening/shutting valve is shut after adjusting pressure. Consequently, testing load is limited stably by adjusting the load limiting valve of the tension side and the compression side.

PURPOSE: A jack utilized for a jacking device for installing a testing body to a position and posture controlling device for testing a structure of a full-scale airplane is provided to form a through-rod capable of manually rotating in a receiving unit of a second rotating member, thereby rotating the second rotating member simply and manually. CONSTITUTION: A jack(1000) utilized for a jacking device for installing a testing body to a position and posture controlling device for testing a structure of a full-scale airplane comprises a body(100), a first rotating member(200), a second rotating member(300), a first movable member(400), a first rod end(500), a second movable member(700), a second rod end(800), and a clevis(850). Both end portions of the first rotating member are opened, and a portion of one side of the body is receive-joined to a portion of one side of the first rotating member. Both end portions of the second rotating member are opened, and a portion of the other side of the body is receive-joined to a predetermined side of the second rotating member. A portion of one side of the first movable body is screw-joined to the portion of the other side of the first rotating member. The first rod end includes a first joining unit which is screw-joined to the portion of the other side of the first movable member. A portion of one side of the second movable member is screw-joined to the portion of the other side of the second rotating member.

A gust generating apparatus for a wind tunnel is provided to form various models of gust by including a plurality of gust blades and a movement unit for moving the gust blades. A gust generating apparatus for a wind tunnel includes a base(100), at least one gust blade unit(200), a gust blade driving unit, and a connection section. The gust blade unit includes a gust blade shaft and a gust blade. The gust blade driving unit includes a linear movement section and a servo driver. The linear movement section is disposed perpendicular to the gust blade shaft and the servo driver drives the linear movement section. One end of the connection section is mounted to the outer peripheral surface of the gust blade shaft and the other end thereof is mounted to the linear movement section.
