Abstract: 본 발명은 각각 파장이 다른 LED(light-emitting diode)를 미세조류배양에 적용하여, 해수(해양심층수 및 해양심층수 처리수)에서 배양된 두나리엘라(Dunaliella)의 색소 및 성분 변화에 대한 배양기법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 해수(해양심층수 및 해양심층수 처리수)를 배양액으로 하는 제조 단계, 해수(해양심층수 및 해양심층수 처리수)에 두나리엘라를 배양시키는 단계, 각기 다른 파장에서 두나리엘라를 배양하는 단계, 두나리엘라에 스트레스를 가해 체내 클로로필, 베타카로틴 등 색소 성분의 농도를 높이는 단계를 포함하는 미세조류(두나리엘라)의 배양기법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a culture technique which is in regard to changes in the pigment and ingredient of Dunaliella cultured in sea water(deep sea water and treated deep sea water) by applying light-emitting diodes (LEDs) different in wavelength to the culture of microalgae.
