Abstract:
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an identification method of species of diatoms inhabiting the coast of Korea, and a polynucleotide probe, a DNA chip and a kit for identification for species of diatoms for the method. The identification method comprises the following steps: carrying out polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of the DNA extracted from diatoms to obtain a PCR product; binding the PCR product to each probe comprising a base sequence identical or complementary to one or more DNA sequences of sequence numbers 3-51; and identifying the species of the diatoms according to whether the PCR product binds or not. The present invention can analyze the genotype of diatoms inhabiting the coast of Korea and can simply, rapidly and accurately identify the species thereof on the basis of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) of various species of diatoms.

The identification method comprises the following steps: carrying out polymerase chain reaction (PCR) of the DNA extracted from diatoms to obtain a PCR product; binding the PCR product to each probe comprising a base sequence identical or complementary to one or more DNA sequences among sequence numbers 3 to 51; and identifying the species of the diatoms according to whether the PCR product binds to the probe or not. The present invention can analyze the genotype of diatoms inhabiting the coast of Korea and can simply, rapidly and accurately identify the species thereof on the basis of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNPs) of various species of diatoms.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A core sample storage unit is provided to accommodate a large amount of cores and to prevent damage to the cores. CONSTITUTION: A core sample storage unit includes a frame (100) and a core shelf (200). The frame has lower frames arranged on the bottom surface, column frames which are installed on the lower frames, and upper frames which are combined with the top of the column frames. The core shelf has shelf brackets combined with the column frames and shelf pipes which support core samples and rotate as the core samples move. Each shelf bracket has a cuboidal bracket body, a pipe bracket for supporting the shelf pipes, and a fixed bracket which is bent outward from the top of the bracket body.
