Abstract: An apparatus for measuring the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in seawater according to the present invention comprises a water tank providing a space for housing the seawater in which marine microbes live; a cover arranged inside the water tank and shaped into a container of which the lower side is opened and is submerged in the seawater; disks arranged on top of each other inside the cover and partially submerged in the seawater; a motor coupled to the water tank and having a rotary shaft which penetrates each disk for rotating the disks; a circulation pipe communicating with both ends of the cover arranged at the upper side of the seawater and circulating air passing through the disks; and a measuring instrument communicating with the circulation pipe and measuring the partial pressure of the carbon dioxide in the seawater.
