Abstract: PURPOSE: Salt containing micro algae effective components, and a producing method are provided to use concentrated sea water obtained from sea water or deep sea water for injecting and culturing algae. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of salt containing micro algae effective components comprises the following steps: filtering sea water using ultraviolet rays, ozone, or heat, and filtering the sea water using sand, a rapid filtration membrane, a micro-filter, or an ultra-filter; applying a membrane separation method or a phase change method to the sea water more than one time for obtaining concentrated sea water; injecting and culturing micro-alga capable of growing in the high salinity environment into the concentrated sea water; applying stress to the alga by changing the salinity and the temperature to increase the content of effective components including beta-carotene in algae cells; and drying the concentrated sea water containing the cultured alga.
