Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel compound ramalin, a producing method thereof, and a use thereof are provided to easily separate the oxygen-resistant ramalin compound from a ramalina terebrata. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a ramalin compound comprises the following steps: crude-extracting a dried sample of a ramalina terebrata using a polar solvent selected from water, low grade alcohol or their mixture; removing a fraction extracted in a non-polar solvent from the crude extract; selecting the non-polar solvent from the group consisting of hexane, chloroform, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, and pentane; and collecting a fraction showing the antioxidant activity by applying the extract to a liquid chromatography.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供新的化合物ramalin及其制备方法及其用途，以容易地将耐氧化的ramalin化合物与雷公藤分离。 构成：拉马林化合物的制造方法包括以下步骤：使用选自水，低级醇或其混合物的极性溶剂粗提取雷公藤的干燥样品; 从粗提取物中除去在非极性溶剂中萃取的馏分; 从由己烷，氯仿，苯，四氯化碳和戊烷组成的组中选择非极性溶剂; 并通过将提取物应用于液相色谱法收集显示抗氧化活性的级分。

Ramalina terebrata 로부터 분리한 항산화 활성이 뛰어난 신규 화합물 라말린, 상기 라말린의 제조방법, 상기 라말린을 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학조성물, 기능성 식품 및 기능성 화장품에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 라말린은 기존 시판되는 항산화제보다 월등히 뛰어난 항산화효과를 가지고 있어, 산화관련질환 치료제나, 노화방지용 기능성 식품, 미백 및 주름개선용 기능성 화장품 등에 널리 활용될 수 있다.
