Abstract:
PURPOSE: A microorganism Alteromonas sp. 00SS11568 and a method for preparation of extracellular polysaccharide therefrom are provided, which polysaccharide is heteropolysaccharide consisting of glucose and galactose in a ratio of 3:1, and has improved emulsion stability, so that it can be used as biological materials for production of industrial materials. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Alteromonas sp. 00SS11568(KCTC 10324BP) produces exopolysaccharide p-11568 which consists of glucose and galactose in a ratio of 3:1 and has molecular weight of 440 kDa, wherein Alteromonas sp. 00SS11568(KCTC 10324BP) is isolated from the biological membrane form on the sea contacting with rivers. The method for preparation of exopolysaccharide p-11568 comprises the steps of: inoculating Alteromonas sp. 00SS11568(KCTC 10324BP) in a medium containing inorganic nitrogen, organic nitrogen, inorganic phosphate, MgSO4, CaCl2 and glucose; and culturing it at 25 deg. C and pH 8.

본 발명은 세포외로 다당류를 분비하는 자이로디니움 임푸디쿰 (Gyrodinium impudicum) KG03 균주(KCTC 10325BP) 및 이로부터 항바이러스 효과를 가지는 황함유 세포외다당류(sulfated exopolysaccharide)를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의해 생산된 세포외다당류는 갈락토오스(galactose)가 단일당으로 이루어진 단일다당체(homopolysaccharide)이었으며, 분자량은 1.87 x 10 6 Da으로 황이 10.32% 함유된 다당체로서 항바이러스 효과를 조사한 결과, 심근경색바이러스 (encephalomyocarditis virus; EMCV)에 항바이러스 효과가 있어 동물의약품 분야에서 이용될 수 있다.

본 발명은 적색색소(red pigment)를 생산하는 하헬라 제주엔시스( Hahella chejuensis ) 96CJ10356 균주(KCTC 2396) 및 이로부터 살조효과를 가지는 적색색소(RP10356)를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 적색색소인 RP10356의 주 색소는 최대흡광도가 539nm이고, 적조원인 와편모조인 코크로디니움 폴리크리코이데스( Cochlodinium polykricoids ), 자이로디니움 임푸디쿰( Gyrodinium impudicum ), 헤테로시그마 아카시오( Heterosigma akashiwo )에 살조효과가 있어 적조제어 분야에서 이용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A Gyrodinium impudicum KG03 strain(KCTC 10325BP) and a method for production of sulfated exopolysaccharide having antiviral effect therefrom are provided, which sulfated exopolysaccharide has antiviral effect to encephalomyocarditis virus(EMCV), and different pyrolysis property from other natural polysaccharides. CONSTITUTION: The Gyrodinium impudicum KG03 strain(KCTC 10325BP) produces sulfated exopolysaccharide, wherein the Gyrodinium impudicum KG03 strain(KCTC 10325BP) is purely isolated from Algae by using phototactic behavior separation method and antibiotics treatment method. The method for production of sulfated exopolysaccharide having antiviral effect p-KG03 comprises culturing Gyrodinium impudicum KG03 strain(KCTC 10325BP) in a medium containing nutritive salts, trace amount of inorganic salts, vitamin B12, plant growth controlling agents and inositol(pH 8.0) under conditions of temperature of 2.5 deg. C and carbon dioxide concentration of 1% and isolating and purifying the sulfated exopolysaccharide.

본 발명은 세포외다당류를 분비하는 알테로모나스 속( Alteromonas sp. ) 00SS11568 균주 및 이로부터 세포외다당류(exopolysaccharide)를 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해 생산된 세포외다당류는 글루코오스와 갈락토오스 비가 3 : 1인 이종다당류(heteropolysaccharide)로서, 분자량은 4.4 x 10 5 Da이며, 유화안정성이 우수하여 다양한 산업분야에서 이용할 수 있다.

The red pigment effectively kills bacteria causing red tide phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: The microorganism Hahella chejuensis 96CJ10356(KCTC 2396) producing red pigment having algicidal effect is provided, wherein Hahella chejuensis 96CJ10356(KCTC 2396) is isolated from the coast soil; and the red pigment is RP10356. The method for producing the red pigment RP10356 having algicidal effect comprises the steps of: inoculating Hahella chejuensis 96CJ10356(KCTC 2396) into M-RP10356 medium; and culturing it at 20 to 30 deg. C and pH 7. An algicidal composition comprises the red pigment RP10356 having algicidal effect.
