Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an aqueous cleaner composition for liquid crystal display panel, which effectively washes a residual liquid crystal and other soils attached on surface of liquid crystal panel, and minimizes corrosion of metal pad part and environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The composition is prepared by mixing 10-60 wt% of mixture of nonionic surfactant which consists of an aromatic alcohol of formula 1(wherein R1 represents hydrogen atom, alkyl group having C1-C12, or alkenyl group having C2-C12, R2 represents hydrogen atom, methyl group, formyl group or acetyl group, AO represents oxyethylene group or oxypropylene group, m is an integer of 0-2, n is an integer of 1-10, provided that n of AO may be same or different with each other), and an alkylene oxide appended to the aromatic alcohol, and nonionic surfactant which consists of a hydrocarbon alcohol(in which total carbon atom of terminal alkyl group of formula 2: R3-O-(AO)p-R4 is 8-18) and an alkylene oxide appended to the hydrocarbon alcohol; 2-50 wt% of short chain glycolether based solvent(in which total carbon atom of the terminal alkyl group of formula 3: R5-O-(AO)p-A6 is 1-5); 0.1-10 wt% of paraffinic and/or olefinic hydrocarbon organic solvent; 0.01-2 wt% of a foaming agent and anti-corrosion agent; and 5-70 wt% of purified water. In the formula 2 and formula 3, R3 represents alkyl group having C8-C18, alkenyl group having C8-C18, or alkylphenyl group having C14-C24, R4 represents hydrogen atom, methyl group, formyl group or acetyl group, AO is same as the above, p is an integer of 1-20, provided that p of AO may be same or different with each other, R6 represents alkyl group having C1-C6, alkenyl group having C2-C6, or acyl group having C1-C6, R5 represents alkyl group having C1-C6, alkenyl group having C2-C6, q is an integer of 1-4, and q of AO may be same or different with each other.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A microemulsion aqueous detergent composition for a liquid crystal display is provided, which has a low viscosity and a low generation of bubbles, and is reduced in the flammability and the erosion to a metal pad. CONSTITUTION: The microemulsion aqueous detergent composition comprises 10-60 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant mixture consisting of the nonionic surfactant represented by the formula 1 and the nonionic surfactant represented by the formula 2(R3-O-(AO)p-R4) in the ratio of 10:90 to 90:10 by weight; 1-30 parts by weight of the nonionic surfactant represented by the formula 3; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a hydrocarbon-based organic solvent selected from the group consisting of a paraffin-based hydrocarbon of C8-C18, an olefin-based hydrocarbon of C8-C18 and their mixtures, wherein R1 is H, an alkyl group of C1-C12 or an alkenyl group of C2-C12; R2 is H, a methyl group, a formyl group or an acetyl group; AO is the same or different each another and are an oxyethylene group or an oxypropylene group; m is an integer of 0-4; n is an integer of 1-10; R3 is an alkyl group of C8-C18, an alkenyl group of C8-C18 or an alkylphenyl group of C14-C24; R4 is H, a methyl group, a formyl group or an acetyl group; p is an integer of 1-20; R5 is a methyl group; R6 is a secondary alcohol group having an alkyl group of C4-C20; and q is an integer of 1-20.
