Abstract: PURPOSE: A process of preparing an oral formulation containing a starch layer, an enteric coating layer and a wax layer coated on the exterior of a core containing lansoprazole is provided, Therefore, the oral formulation has excellent resistance to gastric acid, is very high in solubility in the vicinity of the small intestine and has excellent storage stability. CONSTITUTION: To produce the oral formulation, starch is coated on the exterior of a core containing lansoprazole to produce a first starch layer. Then, starch is coated on an enteric coating layer to produce a second starch layer and then a wax component is coated on the second starch layer to produce a wax layer. The oral formulation comprises 80 to 300 parts by weight of the first and second starch layer, 3 to 25 parts by weight of the enteric coating layer and 1 to 300 parts by weight of the wax layer, based on the total weight of oral formulation.
