Abstract:
본발명은 a) 제1전극상부에다공성금속산화물층을형성하여다공성전극을제조하는단계; b) 다공성금속산화물층에광흡수체가용매에용해된광흡수체용액을도포및 건조하여, 다공성금속산화물층에광흡수체가함입된복합층및 상기복합층상부에위치하고광흡수체로이루어진광흡수구조체를제조하는단계; 및 c) 유기정공전달물질이용해된정공전달용액을도포및 건조하여홀 전도층을형성하는단계;를포함하며, 상기광흡수체용액의용매에의해광흡수구조체의형상이제어되는태양전지의제조방법에관한것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a solar cell with a controlled shape of a light absorption structure by the solvent of the light absorption material solution. The present invention includes a) a step of manufacturing a porosity electrode by forming a porosity metal oxide layer on the upper part of a first electrode; b) a step of drying and coating the light absorption material solution where the light absorption material is molten in the porosity metal oxide layer; c) a step of forming a hole conduction layer by drying and coating a hole transfer solution molten in an organic hole transfer material.
