Abstract: 본 발명은 발포 플라스틱 폐제의 감용에 사용되는 용매 회수 방법 및 장치에 대한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 발포 플라스틱 폐제에 용매를 투입하여 감용한 후, 이를 일정량씩 지속적으로 가열하여 용매를 증발·배출함으로써, 용매의 회수시간을 단축시키고 에너지 사용량을 줄여 용매를 손쉽게 회수할 수 있는 용매 회수 방법 및 장치 관한 것이다.
이를 위해, 발포 플라스틱 폐재의 감용에 사용되는 용매 회수 방법에 있어서,
(a) 발포 플라스틱 폐재에 용매를 투입하여 감용시키는 단계;
(b) 상기 감용된 반응물을 가열하는 단계;
(c) 상기 가열에 의해 증발된 용매를 회수하는 단계;
(d) 상기 용매의 배출 후 감용된 플라스틱을 회수하는 단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용매 회수 방법 및 장치를 제공한다.

Abstract: A solvent recovering method and an apparatus for reducing the volume of expanded plastic waste are provided to reduce the solvent recovering time and to increase the recovery rate of a solvent by excluding a natural drying process for removing moisture and a process for thermal melting, friction heat, or hot blast treatment. A solvent recovering method for reducing the volume of expanded plastic waste comprises the steps of: reducing the volume by pouring a solvent into the expanded plastic waste; heating the volume reduced reactant; collecting the solvent evaporated by heating; and recovering the volume reduced plastic after discharging the solvent. The reactant is heated in an extruder type evaporator(310). The quantity of the inflow reactant and the heating time of the reactant are controlled. The extruder type evaporator has a twin screw. In particular, the heating time of the reactant is controlled by regulating the rotational speed of the twin screw.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing adsorber is provided to recycle pyrolysis residue obtained thermally decomposes waste polystyrene as a raw material of the adsorber, to reduce environment contamination problem by waste, to secure steadily the raw material of the adsorber and to save a production cost. A waste polystyrene melt is injected in a pyrolysis reactor and a styrene monomer and a pyrolysis residue are manufactured at 350 ~ 400 °C. The manufactured pyrolysis residue is heated at 900 ~ 1000 °C under an inert atmosphere and separated into a volatile component and a solid carbide. The solid carbide perform an activation reaction at 900 ~ 1000 °C by an oxidative gas.
