Abstract: PURPOSE: A high dielectric polyimide-inorganic composite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent insulation property and high permittivity property of the composite. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high dielectric polyimide-inorganic composite comprises the following steps: forming a polyamic acid solution by polymerize-reacting an acid dianhydride monomer and a diamine monomer; adding an inorganic particle to the polyamic acid solution to form a dispersion solution; separating the polyimide-inorganic composite by dropping toluene or alcohol with 1~6 carbons; and imidizing the polyimide-inorganic composite.
