    Abstract: PURPOSE: A high-hardness transparent aliphatic polyimide-based nano composite material is provided to be used as core heat-resistant material of high-technology industry like various electric/electron, space/aviation etc., applies liquid crystal orientation-film for TFT-LCD required with high surface hardness, is useful as various high-technology heat-resistant structure material like film for FPCB(flexible printed circuit board) owing to low thermal expansion character. CONSTITUTION: The high-hardness transparent aliphatic polyimide-based nano composite material is characterized by nano composing 1-30wt.% of organification stratified silicate in aliphatic polyimide-based resin with below chemical formula(1) as repeat unit. However, 0≤m/n+m≤1. Organification stratified silicate is reactant of one species or higher stratified structure silicate selected from kaolinite, spentine, talc, pyrophylite, synthetic mica, montmorillonite, hectorite, saponite and one species or higher amine compound selected from chemical formula(2)(3)(4): p is integral number of 3 to 17, q is integral number of 1 to 3.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyester/polyamide hybrid film is provided in which heat resistance, transparency and interfacial adhesive property are greatly improved by coating a mixture of a polyamide resin solution and a polyamic acid solution on an aromatic polyester film to a thin film, and a method for manufacturing the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The polyester/polyamide hybrid film having superior adhesive property is characterized in that a mixed resin of soluble polyamide of the following Chemical Formula(II) and polyamic acid of the following Chemical Formula(III) is coated on one or both surfaces of an aromatic polyester film represented as in the following Chemical Formula(I) to a thin film. In the chemical formulae, m and n are integers greater than 1, X is -CH2- or -O-.

    Abstract: 본 발명은 내열성 및 접착성이 우수한 폴리에스테르/폴리이미드계 복합 필름 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 기존 폴리에스테르 수지의 특성을 거의 그대로 유지하면서도 내열성이 특히 우수하여, 투명 내열소재로 사용할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 폴리에스테르/폴리이미드 복합 필름에 관한 것이다.
    본 발명에서는 필름 계면의 접착성 향상을 위해 폴리아믹산이 5~95 몰% 도입된 지방족 고리계 가용성 폴리이미드 수지혼합물 용액을 폴리에스테르 필름 위에 박막 코팅함으로써, 내열성, 접착성, 기계적 특성 이 우수한 신규 가용성 폴리이미드/ 폴리에스테르 복합 필름을 제조하고 제조된 폴리에스테르 복합 필름은 230℃ 이상의 고온에서 사용이 가능하다.
